There are 3 double bedrooms with new Ikea furniture (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair) and there is a large shared bathroom with bath and mixer shower. The fully fitted brand new kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine as well as crockery, pots, pans etc. The shared lounge has a coffee table and two sofas; one is a double sofa bed for guests.
Gas central heating is provided by a Combi (heat & hot water on demand) Boiler. There is a small, low maintenance stoned garden at the rear of the property.
No references are required and the tenants are not credit checked. However a guarantor is required. The guarantor (normally a family member or close friend) must own a property and pass a credit check. They take full responsibility for the rent if there is a problem, so they must know you well and trust you.
Housing Benefit claimants are accepted but the terms remain the same; i.e. you need to pay the rent monthly in advance while you wait for the benefit cheque to be sent to you. Direct payments from Housing Benefit are not accepted.
Cats are accepted but not dogs.
