The accommodation briefly comprises of 2 good sized, first floor, double bedrooms, one good sized ground floor double bedroom and one first floor single bedroom. (The fourth single bedroom does not have to be taken in order to rent this property).
The new designer bathroom has a bath and power shower. Downstairs there is a large dining room/ lounge leading on to a large stylish and modern fitted kitchen at the rear of the house. Patio doors open from the kitchen onto a good sized rear garden which has an outbuilding and a children’s play house.
A combination boiler provides instant hot water and centrally heated radiators throughout.
There is off road parking at the front of the house for one car, and behind the secure gates there is space for a further two cars. There is also a garage at the rear of the property. The upstairs is carpeted throughout and there are stripped floorboards on the ground floor.
No deposit. Shorthold tenancy agreement. An admin fee of £50 per person is charged, there are no other costs. Council tax and bills are not included.
No references are required and the tenants are not credit checked however a guarantor is required. The guarantor (normally a family member or close friend) must own a property, be in employment (Earning at least £15,000 PA) or have savings (of at least £5,000) and pass a credit check. They take full responsibility for the rent if there is a problem, so they must know you well and trust you.
Housing Benefit claimants are accepted but the terms remain the same, i.e. you need to pay the rent monthly in advance while you wait for the benefit cheque to be sent to you. Direct payments from Housing Benefit are not accepted. There is no need for the bond scheme as no deposit is required.
