2 Wessex Close is a four bedroomed 1950's house in a quiet cul de sac near the Retreat Boatyard. The house is on three floors and Mary and Angus have a room in the Attic with an en suite shower room.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Our 24 year old daughter, Clare, a self employed childminder and dog-walker, has her room at one end ot he house and the room for let is separated from hers by a spare bedroom which is used as a study.
The room to let has a handbasin in it. Our lodger will share the shower/bathroom with Clare.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, sitting room and dining room/conservatory.
Our lodger will have their own food cupboard and fridge.
We have a garden that is flat and nearly an acre in size.
Ample parking and excellent bus service to Central Exeter/The University (Number 57). Also there is a train service from Topsham to Exeter. Our present lodger enjoys cycling to St Luke's most days.
We have a Tibetan Terrier called Harold who has a lovely temperament and he lives in the kitchen. He is 17 months old. We also have chickens dcuks and rabbits in the garden so there are fresh eggs usually available.
Our current lodger has been very happy here but has to return to Iceland having had a sabbatical in Exeter for 6 months.
