• Amrita Prasad I lived in this house for 1 year during my studies in the UoB. Excellent location, very safe and quiet neighbourhood, extremely comfortable and spacious house. The house is huge, rooms spacious, and there is enough space to entertain your friends too during house parties! This was by far the best house I stayed in Birmingham and also amongst my friends houses.

• Maj My decision to stay here for a year was a slap-dash decision and, generally, such decisions turn out bad. However, this was not the case with this house. I have fond memories of my stay here. The house is furnished to a good standard. The landlord has made an effort to make it student-friendly. One of the big pluses of this house is the landlord who was always quick to resolve any issues. One felt comfortable and secure staying here knowing that the landlord would be quick to resolve any issues. The location is close to the university with good bus links and all amenities nearby. Also, for the price, this place is fantastic value!

• Gagandeep Singla Very nice house. I stayed there for around a year. Clean and maintained and worth the rent. Close to Sainsbury and 44 no. bus stop (free ride to University).
• Andrew I have rented several properties in London and Birmingham; this is by far the best value for money. The house is spacious and contains a large sitting room and several large bedrooms. The property is close to the university, Selly Oak Station, a large Sainsbury's round the corner, a 2 min walk from the local pub, and close to the shops and restaurants on Bristol Road. The landlord is very friendly and is quick to respond to issues. Additionally the road is very quiet and the neighbours are friendly. For student accommodation this ticks all the boxes.

• Chloe I stayed in this house for 2 years, and never had any major problems with it. It's in a great location, especially if you have activities/interests to go to far away from the university - it's very close to the train station and a supermarket, in a very quiet and safe area. There is a beautiful medium-sized park and a pretty Anglican church near by, as well as plenty of services for general living, and it is very easy to travel around, living in this property. The house is easy to clean and maintain, and while there were general wear and tear issues during the time that I lived there, any major problems were always fixed promptly. The landlord is superb, understanding and always helpful in any way that the tenants need. Great value for money, I would definitely recommend it!
• Christina The house is in a good condition, helpful+nice landlord, quiet area, close to Sainsburys, new washing machine+oven, well-furnished, big living room with table, garden with clothesline. Not a bad place to stay.
• Manuela good place to stay. The landlord is very nice and helpful. The better thing is that is really close to UoB and Sally Oak station. It could be a good choice choose this house.
• Ayman Yacoub Well Furnished spacious house and with a beautiful common area. The best quality about this place is that you get a respectful, considerate, and elegant landlord with a representative with the same quality. I have enjoyed every bit of my stay.
• Hayel I stayed in this house for 9 months. The house is in walking distance to the University and has a big supermarket nearby. The house is in a quiter street in the student area Selly Oak. Pubs in Selly Oak and the train station that takes you to the city centre are in 5-10 minutes walking distance. There is a big nice park close to the house as well. There were no major problems in the house and smaller problems were fixed quite quick. The landlord is very helpful and always reachable. As the house is one of the cheaper ones in this area it is worth the rent and a good place for students.
• Sevinj I have lived in this house for one year. Strongly recommend to those who want to rent an affordable accommodation. There is a walking distance from the University of Birmingham and also the property is close to pubs, restaurants, shops and train station. A spacious living room will allow you to enjoy your time with friends. Landlord is very helpful solves every problem as soon as possible.
• Ben Burak Stayed in this property during my final year of study at university. Great location, spacious communal area and decent sized rooms. Great views from my upstairs bedroom. Any maintenance issues were sorted promptly by the landlord who is friendly and easy to communicate with.

• Ali The house is in good condition , located in a safe and quite neighbourhood. The rooms are value for money.The landlord is very considerate and always available when needed .
• Ana Maria Sanz Portilla I lived in this house for a year. I could not see it in person until I arrived to UK, and it turned out to be a very nice house. The house was spacious and clean. It had all the comodities needed, it is well furnished and the landlord resolves any issue that may occur. The neighborhood is lovely and calm, and the house is like 24min walking from uni.
• Hari I stayed here for a year. Issues/ problems occurred rarely and when they did they were dealt with effectively and quickly by the landlord. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.
